Article 1 — Scope
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern sales made on the Oryn site by ECO GREEN LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Colorado, United States (1940 Broadway St, Office 314C, Boulder, CO 80304, United States), to any customer ("Customer") placing an order through the site. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Products
Products sold on the site are described as accurately as possible. They are intended for comfort and well-being use and do not replace medical advice. If in doubt or in case of a specific medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are listed in US dollars ($), all taxes included unless stated otherwise at checkout. ECO GREEN LLC reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Orders
The Customer places an order directly on the site. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment is validated. ECO GREEN LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with a Customer, non-payment (full or partial), or stock shortage.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, by credit card or any other payment method offered via the secure Shopify Payments platform. The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.
Article 6 — Delivery
Products are shipped within an estimated timeframe of 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation, barring exceptional circumstances. This timeframe may vary depending on the product and logistics partners. In the event of a significant delay, the Customer may contact customer service at the address indicated in Article 10.
Article 7 — "Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee
ECO GREEN LLC offers a "Satisfied or Refunded, 30 days" guarantee from receipt of the product. See our Return Policy for full details on how to request a return or refund.
Article 8 — Returns
Any return must be notified in advance by email. Products must be returned in their original condition to: ECO GREEN LLC, 1940 Broadway St, Office 314C, Boulder, CO 80304, United States.
Article 9 — Product Warranty
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, ECO GREEN LLC will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including return shipping), at no additional cost to the Customer.

Article 11 — Governing Law
