At Oryn, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn't work for you, you have 30 days from receipt to let us know and request a refund, with no need to justify a specific reason.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact our customer service by email at contact@orynritual.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We'll confirm the next steps and, if applicable, the return address.
- Once the product is received and inspected (in its original condition), the refund is issued to the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days maximum.
Conditions
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, unless the product received is defective or does not match your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a damaged, defective product, or one that differs from your order, contact us immediately: a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including return shipping) will be offered.
